3.5 Team Administration and Account Access
If you join a team or organization, its team leads and administrators may view your activity and, where the Service permits, sign in to your account on your behalf to help you or manage the team. Authorized Amortize AI personnel may also sign in to your account on your behalf to provide support, investigate problems, or protect the Service. These sessions are logged. Actions taken during such a session are treated as actions taken on your account.
3.6 API Keys and Connected Tools
You may create API keys to access the Service programmatically, including through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. You must keep API keys confidential and are responsible for all activity performed with them, including by any AI assistant or other tool you connect. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke API keys to protect the Service or enforce these Terms. Data you send to a third-party tool is subject to that tool's own terms.

Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from. The app store provider is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the app or its support.

5. Subscription & Billing
5.1 Subscription Plans
The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers. Pricing and features for each plan are available on our website and may be modified with reasonable notice.
5.2 Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms
- Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees
5.3 Price Changes
We may modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5.4 Seat Management
Adding user seats will result in prorated charges for the remainder of your billing period. Removing seats will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be provided for removed seats.
5.5 Late Payment
If payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge late fees and interest on overdue amounts as permitted by law.
5.6 Taxes
Fees are exclusive of all taxes, duties, and assessments. You are responsible for all applicable taxes except those based on our net income.
5.7 Prepaid Communication Credits
- Text messages, calls, AI voice assistant minutes, and related usage are paid for with prepaid communication credits. Current usage rates are shown in the Service and may change with notice
- Credits are deducted as you use them. If you turn on automatic recharge, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the amount you select whenever your balance falls below the threshold you set
- Usage in progress (for example, a call underway) may take your balance below zero. While your balance is at or below zero, new outbound messages and calls are paused until you add credits, and any negative balance is deducted from your next purchase
- Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law or where we issue a credit to correct a billing error
6. Data Ownership & License
6.1 Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"), including borrower information, loan applications, and other content. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store Customer Data solely to provide the Service.
6.2 Data Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Customer Data
- You must have all necessary rights and consents to submit Customer Data to the Service
- You must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when using the Service
- We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of Customer Data; you should maintain backups
6.3 Connected Accounts
You may connect a third-party account, such as a Google (Gmail, Google Calendar) or Microsoft (Outlook) account, to the Service. By connecting an account, you authorize us to access, store, and use data from that account, and to send email and create calendar events on your behalf, only as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide the Service to you. You must have the right to connect the account, and you are responsible for the messages and appointments you send through it. You may disconnect a connected account at any time in Settings. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
6.4 Communications and Consent
You are solely responsible for obtaining and documenting any consent required by law before contacting borrowers or leads through the Service, and for honoring opt-out requests. Features that help you manage consent or quiet hours do not relieve you of this responsibility.
6.5 Text Messaging Registration
U.S. carriers require businesses that send text messages to register their brand and messaging campaigns. You authorize us to submit your business information to Telnyx, The Campaign Registry, and carriers for that purpose, and you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Carrier registration and vetting fees may apply. Carriers make their own decisions about registration and may filter, limit, or block messages; we are not responsible for those decisions. We may pause or limit your messaging if needed to comply with carrier requirements or applicable law.
6.6 Call Recording
Call recording is off by default. If you turn it on, you are responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent required by federal and state law, including in states that require all parties to consent to a recording. You confirm that you will do so when you turn recording on, and we rely on that confirmation.
6.7 AI Voice Assistant
Calls placed by the AI voice assistant use an artificial voice. Under the TCPA and FCC rules, such calls generally require the called party's prior express consent, and prior express written consent for telemarketing calls. You are responsible for having that consent before the AI voice assistant contacts anyone, and for complying with any AI disclosure, calling-time, and do-not-call requirements that apply to you. The AI voice assistant identifies itself as an AI at the start of each call; you may not configure or instruct it to hide that it is an AI or to pretend to be a person.
6.8 AI-Assisted Features
Some features use artificial intelligence to classify, summarize, translate, or transcribe communications, or to speak with borrowers on your behalf. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, and it is not legal, compliance, or lending advice.
6.9 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Amortize AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
6.10 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, we may use that feedback without any obligation to you.

- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Any other matter relating to the Service
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amortize AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
